Garlic & Mint Pheasant

Ingredients

  • 15 Garlic cloves 2 tsp Mint Chutney
  • 1 tsp Ajwain seeds 2 tbs Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger juliennes 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt to taste ½ tsp White Pepper
  • 300g Tomatoes 2 large Onions

Method

Cut the pheasant into pieces. Spray some salt white pepper and oil. Put it under grill.

Roast Ajwain and grind. Put oil and stir fry onions.

Cook a Tarka and grind the sauce into light pink.

Put the roasted pheasant and cook. Once on the serving plate garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
