Sea Bass Recipe
Ingredients
- 800g bass fillets
- 2 diced onions
- 5 diced shallots
- 2 big tomatoes chopped into round slices
- 4 glasses of dry white wine
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 thyme leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Method
Grease a baking tray with a little oil
Spread the shallots and onions out on the tray, add the thyme, a little salt and pepper.
Place the fish on top, cover with the sliced lemon and tomato.
Add the white wine and a dash of olive oil.
Bake the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice or steamed potatoes.
